Weekend Recap | Baltimore Wedding Photographer

What can I say? This was just the most amazing weekend! I honestly can’t remember the last time I had so much fun, for 3 straight days. I started the weekend  on Friday, by celebrating & photographing the marriage of Sarah & Chris at the Elkridge Furnace Inn. After last week’s crazy weather, Friday’s mild, overcast weather was a welcome change! Sarah & Chris couldn’t have ordered a more perfect day and I am so thrilled that I was able to share it with them. I can’t wait to share more with you next week!

Saturday’s weather was a bit more touch-and-go, but it still made for the most perfect day. We happen to live on a parade route, and every year my family brings the kids to come and watch the parade and then I take Simon to the fair and then to see the fireworks. 4th of July will always be extra special to me, as 5 years ago I was waiting to welcome Simon. I remember being 4 days over-due and hoping for a firecracker baby. He decided to wait a few more days, but I’m glad I have these images from his last few 4th of Julys- as well as from this weekend!

I hope everyone had a safe and wonderful 4th of July weekend. Congrats, again, to Sarah & Chris… I hope you had a wonderful first holiday together as husband and wife!

I love the Elkridge Furnace Inn! A perfect setting for a small wedding.

And your picture of the lightning bug on your son’s hand is adorable! The stuff summers are made of.
