DIY winter wedding invitationLast week, Mike & Lexi had their dream Christmas inspired wedding at the Antrim 1844 in Taneytown, MD. It was my last wedding of the season, and my goodness did the season end on a high note! I just don’t know where to begin with all of the awesome from this wedding.

Everything about Mike & Lexi’s wedding was perfect. From the weather to the flowers, every last detail was amazing. Even more so, is how perfect Lexi & Mike are for each other. They met at their favorite band’s concert a few years ago and the rest is history! I’ve known Mike for a few years now, so I was thrilled when he finally proposed to Lexi- and I was even more thrilled when they asked me to be their photographer on their big day! I had a blast with them at their engagement session  and I just knew their wedding was going to be nothing short of amazing.

I’ve never been to the Antrim 1844 at Christmas and I have to say, I was blown away by the pretty.

After we finished with photos, it was time to head over to the reception. With Lexi & Mike’s original timeline, we were not sure that I was going to have time to photograph their reception details. Luckily, the staff at the Antrim 1844 is rockin’ awesome and they had everything ready to go and looking snazzy earlier in the day, and I was able to get everything photographed! And thank goodness I did, because Lexi & Mike’s details were so unique and it would’ve been heartbreaking to have not been able to photograph them. I love the Key theme!
