Abigail & Jordan | Montpelier Mansion Engagement Session
This is the session I was starting to worry wasn’t going to happen. After being rained out… twice, I was finally able to meet up with Abigail and Jordan for their sunrise Montpelier Mansion engagement session. It wasn’t even supposed to be a sunrise session; but, like most of this year, life kept happening and we just kept rolling with the punches. I’m glad we did though, because hanging out with Abigail and Jordan is a great way to start your day, and the sunrise was fantastic.

I first met with Abigail and Jordan *just* before the pandemic became a thing. In fact, I think they may have been some of the last humans I saw before the world was turned upside down. We grabbed some warm drinks and brownies and sat and chatted for a bit at the coffee shop. They told me their story: how they met and fell and love, and how they came to be as a couple. It’s hard to picture these two before they found each other- they are just that deeply connected. It’s pretty cool to witness.
We had discussed some different location options over the last few months, but in the end, these two decided on Montpelier Mansion. I had never even heard of it before, but Abigail had grown up playing here as a girl, and so they decided it was the perfect spot for their session. It’s definitely a hidden gem. Congratulations, Abigail and Jordan; I can’t wait for your wedding, next fall!
